If the product is in stock we will contact you and inform you of the delivery date. Main land deliveries within the UK are available from Monday to Friday. You can expect to receive your order within a few days from cleared payment being received.

If the product is an out of stock item delivery times will vary from 14 to 28 days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES) for our products. Our products are covered for 90 day manufacturer defect and parts replacement (Starting from the date of the order). If your product is defective upon arrival, you will have two options:

Products Exchange Policy

• You may send the products back to us for an exchange. Your shipping charge of the products will not be reimbursed by us.
• Products 90 Days Manufacturer Defect and Parts Replacement.
• If the products parts were defective within 90 days (Starting from the date of the order), please send us an e-mail with the defective products parts. Then, you will need to send the products parts back to us (shipping not reimbursed), so that we can send you the replacement parts of your products FREE of CHARGE.

Wear and tear of the products will not be covered under the warranty. If the defective parts of the products were defective by wear and tear, we will not send you replacement parts. Wear and tear includes the following:

1. Abuse of the products
2. Accident of products (i.e. hitting the products on objects)
3. Drop of the products
4. Deterioration of the products (i.e. cutting marks on the products)
5. Collision of the products
